Saw this drawing on
Bigfoot Encounters and it's
so good I wanted to show
it to all you Skunk Ape
Readers. Great likeness of
Roger Paterson and Bob
Gimlin and "Patty". Pattys
not labeled a Skunk Ape
but a Bigfoot because of
her Northwestern location.
Though this sighting was
way back in October
20,1967 it's still in the
news today. I just read a
story on the website"The
'X' Zone Radio Show with
Bob McConnell. Quite
lenghty debunking the
Patterson Film altogether.
There are those like Bob
Heronimus who said he
wore the ape suit. Also
Philip Morris and his wife
who claim they made it.
The debate goes on. I saw
a documentary about a
month ago where they
took a new look at the film
and once again there was
different information. Patty
was bigger then first
thought,weighed much
more then first
judged.When the testing
was done the expert came
to the conclusion that the
film was real.

This picture was taken by a Motion activated camera set by Tim Kedowski from Rice Minnesota. Its getting
lots of media attention in the Great Lakes region.
Lots of folks have commented on the photo saying they believed it to be fake. Possibly a man in a winter
suit wearing mittens. What do you think?

This is what I see. Picture
is really bad so it's hard to
pull image out of the other
dark areas around it. If
you'll look at a better
photo off the net you look
closely enough and you'll
see a mans face. His hair
line,ear clearly showing
on the side of his head..
Face is turned slightly
towards tree and slanted
down. His nose and the
shape of his chin and jaw.
The suit is clearly a suit
that is baggie. Blanket
type fur. The sleeve is
short with a lighter glove
half way up the arm
almost to elbow. Probably
a hunter,if picture wasn't
faked,dressed in a warm
dark suit. The black thing
behind head is just
shapes and lighter spots
of some leaves.

They said the being was 7 foot tall but I believe that's
because of the dark back ground that's right above the mans
head that looks like a black face with two eyes that could be
mistaken for the head of the man,this is just the back ground
and some leaves that reflect white that looks like eyeballs. look
closer at picture and you can see the real head and face that
is much lower.

CLARK COUNTY,MISSISSIPPI-Feb.,12,2009-Swampy terrain. About 5:30 Pm./ Witness and family were about one mile
from town when witness saw a creature on the north side of the road with its arms reaching up into two trees.Looked
like it was contemplating jumping over fence or moving in another direction when their vehicle approached. The
creature flexed and it hopped the 5 foot tall fence and disappeared before witness could get brothers attention. It was
about 7 feet tall with reddish auburn brown hair. Couldn't distinguish facial features as sun was going down. Went back
next day looking for tracks but only seen hoof prints through ditch.

GEORGIA- Clinch County- Between Homerville and Edith/ Oct.-7th,2009-11:30 PM.-Witness was traveling US 441
south bound with family returning to Weeki Wachee ,Florida from a trip to North Carolina./ Traveling about 65 miles
an hour in a unpopulated area. Half way between Homerville and Fargo which is slightly west of of the Okefenoee
Swamp./ It was very dark with very little traffic they were the only car in sight.. No lights visible and no houses or
businesses around. Wife turned on map light to look check the distance to nearest area for gas as they were running
low. Looking down at the map she didn't see it but she smelled it. They had camped in the Okefenokee Swamp and
know the wildlife diversity in the area. Witness said he'd hunted,camped and had Brazilian jungle experience and said
he wasn't easily frightened but this shook him up. He saw a very dark brown black colored tall humanoid figure
standing on the left shoulder of the road,quarter facing toward the road and towards the direction they were traveling.
It was standing still,very vertically erect with both arms loosely down at its sides. Didn't see any facial features or
individual features of hands or feet.Thought it was about 7 feet tall weighing about 200 or 300 pounds. It was lanky
rather then stocky and was not crouching forward,but was standing very vertical. The smell coming into car vent was
powerful and was a combination of sewer like and strong musky animal odor. There was a small animal road kill a few
yards down the highway that was fresh,so that wouldn't account for the oder. They thought the creature smelled the
road kill came out of the woods to investigate.
The hair on head was long and stringy but the rest of the body hair seemed only 2 or 3 inches long. It laid down
smooth not frizzy. At the next major intersection to buy gas he asked the attendant if there was any kind of strange
wildlife around area. He said no as well as others that worked there. One man did tell them when they were stopped
at the station that what they saw was a "Swamp Ape".
He said that if he'd been armed he doesn't believe he could shoot because it looked to human.

RANKIN COUNTY,MIESSISSIPPI-12/07/2008-Witness live in a wooded area with a pond and open pasture to the south
of them.This started in 2008 but has been heard around the same time again in 2009. Wife reported seeing yellow eye
shine before animal turned its head out of the light. Hearing strange sounds then some time after smelled something
like a skunk. Didn't see the animal only the eyes in the dark. Have heard that a panther has been seen in the area and
was wondering if this could be what they heard. Checked for prints but found nothing.They had gone out on their
porch late at night when they heard the sounds and then wife saw the eyes.

Wildlife Management Area/ Center Grade Road on county line of Sumter and
Lake Counties./ Hunting Richloam with 17 year old son walking through
swamps all morning. They noticed a really fowl odor at different times,
thought it was just the swamp. Leaving the swamp they decided to go to the
store for something to drink before going to area they were going to hunt
that afternoon. Driving to the store they came around a curve in the road
they saw something big step half way behind a scrub oak alongside the
road. Witness said he was traveling slow about 20 miles an hour.They got a
good look at it as they went by before he slammed on the brakes. His son
asked, " Dad, is that what I think it was"? The witness said he knew what he
was looking at but was in a state of disbelief. It was about 7 to 7 1/2 feet tall,
about 4 feet across the shoulders, covered in brown hair with a reddish tint
standing upright on two legs. Looked muscular. The face had short hair they
could see the eyes which were dark with a nose that looked flat and wide.
The mouth was also wide but all was in proportion to its head.

When it took off back into the woods they got out and checked out the path it was on. At the closest point to the
creature they were about 25 feet away.
The next morning about 4 1/2 miles away as the crow flies they heard a deep growl and what sounded like very large
limbs or trees being broken. It sounded as if some of the limbs were being used as clubs until they broke. They kept
hearing it growl. Taking it as a warning they left the area.

2000-CHILTON ALABAMA-Nearest town Verbenda-May 13/ Private property/ Witness was riding 4 wheeler at 11 Am
when going over a hill by his home he saw a hairy creature standing about 7 1/2 to 8 feet tall. starring back at him./
The witness was scared so he turned the ATV around topping the hill he looked back at the animal where he came to
a stop. The creature very calm turned and stepped into the woods. This was the first encounter until this year. A friend
from church went out to the property with him and they were chased off back porch by a large animal about 1:30 in the
morning. The witness was sure it was the same animal he'd seen in 2000. Claims to have had 2 more run ins with the
creature.The house stands empty now and the property is used mainly for hunting. A neighbor claimed he was run
back to his house as he was out back at his well in the woods.The animal had black coarse hair and weighed about
300 to 400 pounds.
