COLLIER COUNTY-Cypress Swamp,Fl. / Archaeology group were looking for pyramids in the swamp when they
saw a white Skunk Ape.(This is also the Buz Osburn report for 1970,same group.)
COLLIER COUNTY- Cypress Swamp,Fl. / An electrical engineer and four others saw a Skunk Ape standing like a
man, looking at them. / Smelt like a skunk. / They measured tracks of creature 17 1/2 inches long with 11 to 12
inches across toes. / They saw three different size footprints
HERNANDO COUNTY-Rancher saw a Skunk Ape while on horse back.(Report was made by the Yeti Research
Society.)
BROWARD COUNTY-Davie,Fl. / Mr. H. Rose and Sgt. J. Simboli heard a Skunk Ape in the area of a deserted
building. / They saw it leave by swinging through orange trees.
COLLIER COUNTY-/ A couple after spending the day looking for wildlife saw a Skunk Ape as they were traveling
towards home. / They saw it by the headlights of their car. / It was abt. 7 feet tall and was abt. a hundred yards from
the car./ After the creature ran off into high saw grass the couple turned their car lights on it but it kept moving out of
the light.
PINELLAS COUNTY-St.Petersburg,Fl. / Mr.F. Hudson as he was walking found barefoot prints in soft ground. /
Following them he saw a huge, hairy somewhat human like creature. / They stood and stared at each other then the
creature walked off into the woods.
BROWARD COUNTY-Ft. Lauderdale area,Fl. / Resident reported strange animal. / Mr. Henry Ring from animal
control answered the call and saw a hairy man like creature lope across the road in front of his car.
HWY 27 between South Bay and Miami Fl. / Trucker stopped to pick up what he thought was a hitchhiker on the dark
road. / He opened the passenger door and waited for the would be rider to get in. / What he saw climbing in was not
human, but a creature covered in hair. / The witness said he bailed out of his truck and ran. / Looking back he saw
the creature walk off into swampy area.
