SANTA ROSA COUNTY-Milton,Fl./ It was breaking daylight when this hunter saw a creature he said walked up right on
two legs./ It was walking but moving very fast./ The creature was reddish brown in color./ It was on hilly terrain with lots of
pine woods./ He saw it through an opening that was cut through the woods for power lines.

COLLIER COUNTY-Corkscrew Swamp,Fl. Nearest town Immokallee./ A hunter looking for wild hogs he'd seen earlier,
was trying to relocate them when he thought he'd found them close to a cypress stand. / He was hunting by himself with
only his rifle and with out the use of dogs./ As he crept closer he realized what he saw wasn't wild hogs but one animal./
Thinking it was a black bear he moved as quietly as possible towards the area to get up close./ It was about then that
the creature stood up and what he saw wasn't a bear but a Skunk Ape./ It looked in his direction and then turned and
walked off into the swamp./ He said he was so startled that he forgot about the gun,he said he just froze./ This sighting
was about 40 to 50 miles from sighting above

CITRUS COUNTY- Floral City,Fl./ This town is about 10 miles north of Brooksville( Town were I spent some of my child
hood.) Two men were spotting deer at midnight when they saw a pair of eyes in the spotlight./ Something 7 to 8 foot tall
was 100 feet away./ Eyes looked to be about a foot apart./ Leaving the area they heard an unbelievable sound.

SEMINOLE COUNTY-Geneva,Fl./ Night,very wooded undeveloped land/ An 11 year old had two encounters./ They had
only lived there for several months./ Turning lights out in her bedroom she saw something about 7 feet tall walk back
and forth in front of her window./ It had been only recently that they had their electric turned on and she stayed up to
early morning hours./ She could see this thing outside by the pole light./ Her father woke up when something hit the side
of their mobile home./ The next day they found a dent in the trailer./ Her second sighting was when she was helping a
neighbor lady clean rugs./ Just finishing up she sat down at the neighbors table that's when she saw the creature
looking in the window at her./ It ran off./ She told the neighbor what she'd seen ,the lady didn't know what the witness
had seen but she walked her home with a butcher knife./ New neighbor who moved in across the street came over one
night very scared and said something had shaken his trailer home.( The witness did say that before she and her family
moved there the person who lived there before had several kinds of monkeys./ The cages were still there.)

BROWARD COUNTY,Everglades Swamp,Fl./ Mr. Moore was out panther hunting when he felt like he was being watched
that's when he saw something standing under a palm frond./ Too big to be a panther he thought at first it might be a
bear,then he realized it wasn't a bear as it ran across 10 foot wide road./ He said it could only have been a Skunk ape.

1982-83-LEE COUNTY-St.RD>82 15 miles east of Fort Myers./ Lehigh Acres/ Witness and friend traveled several miles
back in swamp area to some high ground to make camp./ Know all the sounds of native wildlife,this was a sound that
neither heard before and hope they don't hear again. They had just gotten a fire going and was settling in for the night
when they heard a deep scream coming out of the swamp. It was long drawn out and seemed to echo back through the
swamp. Even the bugs got quiet. Bill looked at witness and asked"What was that"? Witness answered by "I don't know
but I'm going home. The witness was around 9 years old then and still remembers it well though he was 44 when he
reported the sighting.The witness still lives in the area of Lee County and Hendry County line.

1983-LEE COUNTY- Riverdale,Fl.- North of highway 31/ Witness lived on a 100 acres that butted up to Cecil Webb(A
Game Reserve of apprx.15,000 acres,in Charlotte County,Fl./She and friend were night time horse back riding down a
dirt road that witness lived off of./ There were large ditches on both sides of road which was about 10 miles long. There
were woods and cattle pastures on both sides.They were both 15 and were talking she said as young girls do when their
horses started spooking. She then noticed something walking along side of them in the woods on the other side of the
ditch. Could only hear it as there was only a half moon and was a cloudy night. Thought at first probably a cow. Though
this would be odd as cattle usually move away from you when you get close./ What ever it was had no problem staying
with them through the palmettos and trees./ They picked up the horses pace and it still kept up with them./ A cross
section of fence was coming up and thought it would have to stop but it didn't even slow down by then they let out
screams and started at a full run home. It only stopped when they came to open land next to witnesses home. Never
went horseback riding after dark again.
