SIGHTINGS 1992
CRAWFORD ALABAMA-Sept.1992-/Witness and sister had just turned onto Hitchie Road when from the left a creature
began to run right in front of the car. It had reddish brown, 4-6 inch hair, all over. Estemated height about 4-6 foot./
Head lights directly on creature. It turned its upper body and looked directly at them, then ran across the road to the
right. Its face was black skinned as were the palms and feet also.They were traveling at that time 20-25 miles an hour.
After it left witness asked sister what was that. She said"Some kind of monkey".They were both astonished. She told her
husband when she got home. He'd seen something a couple weeks earlier and she hadn't believed him. She did now.
Near Seale Alabama many reports around the area. The terrain swampy area near Uchee Creek.
1992-MONROE COUNTY-FEB. Used to be town called Pinecrest in the thirties. Everglades Institute that has also been
shut down. It was about 10 PM when witness out walking heard something coming closer to him. He looked around but
couldn't see what it was. Getting scared he moved faster towards the areas of cabins and directors trailer. He felt as he
ran he would be caught but finally entering open area with the light next to trailer what ever it was stopped. Director got
his Magnum 44 and went to check it out. Didn't find anything.
