| ORANGE COUNTY ,FLORIDA /SEPT 2009/ Witness said he was driving west long State Road 520. Traveling about 65 miles an hour. (520 use to be called the bloody highway before it was made into a four lane.) Witness said the time was about 7:45 Am. on Thursday the 3rd. of this month. He was driving to Orlando when he had his brief sighting. There was plenty of light by this time, but no direct sunlight. There was no rain but the sun was hidden behind clouds. As he passed by the Intersection.of Taylor Creek Road and State Road 520 (Taylor Creek ends at 520) He said going through the intersection looking down Taylor Creek he saw what appeared to be a being about 7 feet tall and was in profile view walking slowly across Taylor Creek Road. He said it was human like and very dark and he was surprised by the great height as it was only about 25 yards away. |
| He said the posture was very much upright like a human but he couldn't see any neck,the neck area was as thick as the head ,which must be attributed to long hair hanging down. He said because of the lack of sunlight he couldn't tell. He said that it was clear that nothing was being carried. Witness said he is a professional Artist ( I ask through email if he'd draw what he saw) with a sharp eye for detail and was sure it was human shaped with proportions to match. Much like a tall basketball player. He was sure it wasn't a tall human or even a hunter in camouflage. He said it was a very brief sighting but the area around 520 has a tendency for sightings at dawn and dusk. As soon as I hear from witness I'll add further details hopefully a drawing also. |
08,05,2009- MARION COUNTY,Mississippi / Very wooded terrain./ The witness said after church he decided to go
check on his sons property. His son had moved to Texas and had put the place up for sale. Witness said he tried to
keep a close eye on the place which had 2 houses on it, One main house, the other a small house about a 100
yards away. Witness said it was very hot and when he arrived he smelt something that was so strong it made him
gag. He checked out the main house and then walked to the small house. The smell started to diminish as he got
closer. There were some tall weeds around the front door and he decided on coming back out he would pull them up.
He checked the house, everything was okay, and leaving again he smelt the awful odor and it seemed to be even
stronger. When he stepped out side he caught something from the corner of his eye, turning to look it was gone. The
weeds that he was going to pull up were smashed down as if something had stepped on them. Not being able to
stand the smell he started for the main house that's when he heard something following him just inside the tree line.
He said he could hear tree limbs breaking, and the faster he ran the faster it ran. Getting into his car he headed
out./ Looking into his rear view mirror he saw something beside the house just standing there. At first he thought
bush, then it ran back into the woods. He described what he saw as bigger than any man he ever saw. It had no
neck. Its shoulders went straight to its head. Appearing hunched over it stood upright. Couldn't make out the face
.Did notice it had very long arms.
He said he use to live in the small house about a year before with his small dog who stayed in a dog house out side.
The dog barked at everything. One night the dog was barking and then stopped. Hearing whimpering he went to

PASCO COUNTY-Holiday,Fl.- March,5,2009/ It was about 12Am./ Traveling down Gulf Trace towards US Highway 19./

straightens out,with the high beams on because of the heavy wooded area,witness saw a figure about 8 to 9 feet tall.
It was hair covered and had glowing eyes. The creature seemed to squint due to the car lights. Witness believed he
surprised it as it was just making its way out of the tree line. Slowing down he watched as the creature backed into the
woods. It just sort of watched the witness as the witness stopped . He was speechless and didn't know what to think
and said he yelled out "hi". At that time it backed out of the light and he could hear it running off into the woods.
Witness stayed a few more minutes then went on his way. The whole sighting lasted about a minute and a half.

Ridge Parkway./ Witness said he has been interested in Skunk Ape after his family had a suspected visit from a young
Sasquatch(Skunk Ape)several years earlier.He has done a lot of studying and learning what to look for in the woods.
Visiting a friend in the Mountains that consists of about 60 homes that are on mountain slopes and very wooded around
each. The house he was staying in had big picture windows front and back so those inside could be readily seen at
night. Watching TV with the friend witness said that a feeling of unease came over him and decided after the news to go
out and have a look around./ Outside about 5 minutes witness heard a wood knocking, first one single thump followed
by another coming from another location. Witness picked up a thick log and whacked it on a nearby tree,an answering
knock came immediately. He also was witness to small rocks being thrown at the roof that's when a movement caught his
eyes. It seemed to be a gray in color moving in closer. He decided not to venture out any further. Running the next day
the witness saw human like foot prints on a game trail. That night he went out to smoke a cigar and heard eerie howling
sounding every 30 seconds for about 20 minutes. Witness finished smoking and went inside to read, after going to bed
he turned out the lights, that's when the pounding on the walls started. The friend told him next morning that in the 25
years she lived there nothing like that had ever happened before.The friend was a little unsettled and wanted to know
what it could have been. Witness said that he felt it was the creature(s) but didn't want to upset his elderly friend.

PASCO COUNTY-Area kept secret./ Witness lives in very wooded area. Has a small trailer in an RV Park. Looking out
her back window that faces the woods she saw a tall,black or dark brown hairy hominid standing in a small clearing.
She had been drawn to the window because of crashing sounds in the woods. She went outside on her front steps for a
better look,the creature looked at her then just turned and walked away on two legs. Witness was very scared.

NOTE- After emailing back and forth I got a little more details on this sighting-The witness said it never got bipedal. It
was very quick jumping across the ravine and the street and into the woods. She thought it moved so quickly that she
felt it couldn't move that fast on two legs.She said she assumed it was bipedal though. Would never forget the eyes or
the creature. She said she doesn't go out doors at night any more. Her daughter who is now married still won't drive
by the intersection at night.

2009-CHEROKEE COUNTY-Canton,Georgia/ June 28/ Lead guitar player and his girlfriend were returning home after
the show that he had in the Atlanta area that night. The band is well known in the area. They live in a very rural area
that's covered in woods and lots of farming land.They were about a half mile from their new home ,been living there
about a month, when traveling past a pasture they saw a figure cross the road in front of them. His girlfriend asked if
he'd seen it and he answered yes and that was about the extent of the conversation on the subject until later that day.
This was around three in the morning when they saw the figure. As they started describing to each other what they saw
the first thing he told her was that it looked like it had reddish colored hair and that it looked to him like it was traveling
on 2 legs. She looked shocked then said that's what she saw too.She said that what she saw also had reddish eyes. It
stood about 6 feet tall and moved rapidly from the left to the right side of the road. They said that they heard sounds
like someone walking behind their house in the woods. Neighbors said it was probably deer but they were sure what
they heard late at night was walking on two legs, as it sounded like footsteps of a person not an animal.

Read a piece written by Bobby Short of Bigfoot Encounters where she talks about hair of the Sasquatch. I found the
subject interesting as I've thought about what this creature would look like if it had its hair removed. Would it then look
human. There are humans with "HYPERTRICHOSIS",ALSO KNOWN AS THE "WEREWOLF SYNDROME" which is
characterized by excessive body hair in abnormal places on the human torso.

HIGHLANDS COUNTY-Nov2008 through JUNE of 2009: State road 70 between Lake Placid and Okeechobee. There are
lots of orange groves in central Fl. This witness, who I sat down and talked with, drove an orange truck through the
winter months,what is called fruit season. He said that there was one orange grove that was really spookie,he said he
was in orange groves all over at night and never felt this kind of fear. This grove was off State Road 70. He said that not
only he but at least two other drivers that he knew had a creepy feeling when leaving the grove at night. There's a gate
that has to be open after you cross a bridge over a creek bottom. This gate after you drive through has to be closed
again. The bottom of the creek had lots of brush and trees in it and you couldn't see very much in it at night. Once out
of the truck after it was pulled through going back to the gate you could hear sticks breaking,wood hitting wood, and
heavy walking and really weird calls. It wasn't a cow as it moved on two legs. He would shut the gate and couldn't get
back in his truck fast enough. They got in the habit of calling the spook the "Grove Monster". The witness stands 6 foot

2009-MANATEE COUNTY,Mid Day/ May,15/ The witness said that he and his friend had found signs of a creature while
they were in Oregon-California border area back in 2007 and was very interested in the creature. Living here in Florida
the witness said his friend wanted to check out an area in Manatee County (No town named) Witness really didn't expect
to find anything because the area which they went to was to close to development and to small to support an on going
population and too busy with recreational human activities. Entering the woods on the north side of the Rive (Not
named) they took Claves" musical type sticks that are very loud when banged together. Waiting for some folks in a
canoe to go on by his friend hit the sticks together, within seconds they heard two knocks. They were close and seemed
to come from their left.. Moving out of the tree line where they had been standing they moved out on to the beach and
were now in plain sight. Still trying to get another response by hitting the sticks together they heard a very loud "Knock"
that came from farther west. About that time his friend went down on one knee and brought his binoculars up and was
focused on something across the river. It was about 60 feet to the elbow of the river that his friend was focused on.The
witness didn't say anything so as not to "interrupt" what ever his friend was Seeing the witness said he could see without
aid the area his friend was looking at fairly well.Giving the witness the binoculars he saw what looked like damage to the
oak tree his friend had focused on, the damage being tan down one side of the gray tree trunk. Scanning around the
area he brought the binoculars back to the oak tree only to fine that there seemed to be another tree he hadn't noticed
before up front and close to the original oak. Taking the binoculars down he asked his friend about the tree,and he said
no. Putting the binoculars back up the tree was gone.Scanning quickly to the right he saw a 8 foot animal walking on two
legs; leaning forward as it walked and discovered it was covering its face with its forearms as it walked through some
thorn vines hanging from the trees. It was dirty,smoky black in color. He caught a quick look at the face. Definitely no
snout. Or anything bear like. And then it was gone.They later found 17 inch footprints coming out of the water at a boat
ramp. Seeing human footprints all around the same area made the "Creatures"prints stand out.

Nighttime sighting of two upright creatures by a motorist in their own words

YEAR: 2009- SEASON: Winter-MONTH: November/CLAY COUNTY-Middleburg/ once you turn off of CR220 and left onto
Blanding, the first side road to the right. NEAREST ROAD: SR21 (Blanding Blvd) - About10:20 PM.
OBSERVED: I was driving home from work one night, down CR220 (Middleburg) turned left on SR21 (Blanding Blvd) and
when I rounded the corner, my headlights caught sight of 2, not human or animals, standing by the speed limit sign and
when they heard my vehicle/seen the headlights- they stopped (looked like they were rustling w/ something) and looked
up.
ALSO NOTICED: they were doing something w/ their hands- like fidgeting w/ maybe/possible roadkill? no other witness.
OTHER STORIES: yes.. A friend of mine lives in the Camp Blanding area and his buddies wife reported to police a (her
words) a 9 ft. Yetti. Police obviously did not believe her and she went and bought a shotgun- this was FEB 2010.
ENVIRONMENT:woodsy
On a clear Wednesday evening she was returning home from work, around 22:30 when she stopped at a traffic light at
an intersection on the outskirts of Middleburg, traveling west. There was no other traffic. When the light changed and
she turned south, her headlights panned across 2 large creatures that were located just off the road onto which she was
turning (about 18 meters) and on the side of a second road that was intersecting her new direction of travel from the
west. Because she was accelerating slowly from a dead stop,the sighting of these creatures lasted probably 5-6
seconds . She stated that one of the creatures stood in a half crouch or half squat, hunched over with its head facing
down towards its lap. She described it as making fast jerky movements with its arms and hands, "like it was beating a
drum on its lap". Its elbows seemed to be moving wildly to and fro as well. She stated that her first impression was that it
seemed to have something alive across its lap and seemed to be trying to subdue it or kill it. The other creature was
taking no action, but just standing there and observing the first. She couldn't exactly estimate their height, though they
were about the same size. She did say that the one that was moving was standing right in front of a speed limit sign for
west bound traffic and its head blocked the sign. I later measured the center of the sign to be right at 7'. As she went by
she became very frightened at seeing this unusual sight and sped away.
Her attention was primarily focused on the creature that was engaged in activity, they looked like they were about the
same size except one was in a half crouch and the other was not. Her physical descriptions of the creatures were as
follows:
- Neither overly bulky nor skinny.
-The creatures both had long gray hair (not fur) that appeared to hang in layers, straight and not matted.
-2 pairs of eyes reflecting red were seen as they looked up at her car.
- Facial hair that appeared swept back off the face on the sides.
-Neither creature gave an impression of a visible neck nor ears.
-The arms were described as longer in proportion than humans with long hanging hair from the forearms.
